Men’s Health Week from 10 – 16 June is a fantastic opportunity for men and boys of all ages to try golf or disc golf as an outdoor activity.
As well as promoting physical and mental wellbeing, golf and disc golf provide health benefits from improved cardiovascular fitness to stress reduction and social connectedness.
